1 mile run Warm up, decent stretch after
about 8 muscle ups... gotta build strenght in grip, and start strining a few together
5x5 Hang Cleans at 135...felt good, LB got tired quick

16:05... HSPU were good, but raw...pullups felt great, another 10 lbs off and i can only imagine...
Good stretch tonight after classes.
