The RIDE Stops HERE!!

After being on the amusement park ride (family vacation, and labor day fun in the sun) its time to recomit!

This is the FIRST strength training I will have done since my accident... the exercise...DEADLIFTS, of course!! ;)

Strength
5x5 DL @ 135... (its a start right)

WOD:20 amrap
7 ring pushups
9 OVH squats (65)
13 butterfly situps
27 DU

Completed 10 rounds in time...finished 11 @ 20:53
